The Management of STORMA S.r.l. has decided to create and implement its own Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 edition 2015, identifying in the adoption of the principles of Quality Management the best choice for the improvement of company efficiency: this in order to identify and better satisfy the needs of customers and all interested parties with a view to continuous improvement of the product, service and processes, as well as consolidation and expansion of the company's position within the reference and its context.

The Management has therefore established the following strategic objectives that must be pursued by STORMA S.r.l. through its Quality Management System:

  • Aims

    • identify the needs and expectations of all interested parties, convert them into requirements and comply with them,
    • maintain and consolidate the position of STORMA S.r.l. in the reference market, through an accurate analysis of the context
    • activate communication tools inside and outside STORMA S.r.l. to improve the information flow and ensure that the needs of the relevant interested parties are known and understood among all those who contribute to the realization of the products, services and processes of STORMA S.r.l.,
    • identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with each business process and determine the actions to address these risks and opportunities,
    • make the Quality System the core business of the company, with an active participation by the Management,
    • activate an adequate self-control system of the Quality Management System that allows to measure the activities, neutralize the problems and provide the Management with suitable elements to carry out the reviews,
    • pursue continuous improvement.

The commitments undertaken for the achievement of these objectives are identified in the correct planning and rationalization of the Quality Management System, in the optimization of the production cycle and in the correct application of what is defined and described in the documents of the Management System for the quality.

The above-described Quality Policy is in line with the company policy that pursues the satisfaction of the Customer and relevant interested parties, while aiming to create a profit for the company.

STORMA S.r.l. staff, made aware of the corporate line undertaken, said they were ready, within their competence, to implement and support the Quality Policy.

Annually, during the Review by the Management, the Management reviews the Quality Policy to verify its continuous relevance and adequacy and defines the objectives to be pursued during the new working year in order to pursue continuous improvement.

The objectives set must be measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy.

The objectives assumed by STORMA S.r.l. during the Review by the Management, the risks and opportunities identified for each business process are documented in the "Objectives, Risks and Opportunities" module and are brought to the attention of all company personnel.
